I was only able to check a bit of its custom content (maps, items, refine system - that's what I only heard about). Custom content is hidden behind a wall of quests (original and custom), some of those (at last one, where I got stuck) needs 2 or more party members to complete, and because online population is very low, if I wanted to go further, I would be forced to make those quests again on 2nd, not needed otherway, account. Not for me, but if You like doing quests, You may enjoy it.
